    I need to work out a way to get more calories in my diet. Since I've begun limiting my carb intake, I find myself not as hungry. I've been doing a horrible job of keeping track of EVERYTHING I've eaten, partly because I've been making food and haven't felt like putting in every ingredient individually, but even still... when I mentally throw some of that back in, I'm not sure I'm eating enough. I don't feel hungry, though. Comments?
