    Title...

Hello! We are Marketing students from George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. We are conducting a study on Wii Fit users; whether Wii Fit is an effective tool to lose weight and become more physically fit or if it's only for entertainment. We would greatly appreciate your input and it will only take you about 3-4 minutes to complete the survey. Sounds like a nazty experience

This is probably what happens to jet pilots when they are pulling too many "g"s. Probably not dangerous, just really nasty. Not good if one falls badly though. Of course you know all this being a doctor and all. But some times the doctor thinks more about the patients than him self? I would get a blood work done, and see if you perhaps have some weakness, you might find it when working out this hard, especially after rest. Might be an issue with bloodsugar or insulin? But to my experience the longer you train the better the body will be at dealing with things like this. This is one of the long term adaptations. I remember when I was on my first year I was always more thirsty and more hungry than the later years, then I had to tell my self to eat and drink so I would not forget. I think this has something to do with the body getter better or more efficient in dealing with blood sugar and insulin. But of course thats just a hunch not a confirmed fact. ;) You also have all this heat to deal with, unlike here in Iceland, when we are are much more worried about getting hypothermia. - I can see that you are making superb progress. Hat off to you. ;)

    Calories

Thanks for the comment. I carry a lot of weight around, so it takes a lot of calories when I ride, lol. Great riding you're doing!
