I'm about 200 lbs, and this weekend Tonia was as nice as she has ever been by saying I look bad. :/ I can do this. Just need to focus.

...and then I had a cold
it was one of those stupid marathon colds- whole nine yards too- I lost my voice, coughed rediculous amounts, dry eyes- you know a stupid summer cold. as soon as it was over I started running again. actually it was a good rest for my ankle. I did 5.5 miles today!

hurt the back
fell down while carrying empty boxes down the stairs outside, missed last step (there are 4 stairs instead of 3.) fell and landed with all of my upper body weight on my left kidney/ long back muscles. Hurt terribly for 4 days, starting to turn around today, but this is the cause of my lack of exercise. I'm starting the push up thing over.

worst day ever...
today I had pizza with the wife and popcorn/pepsi as a treat at a movie. it's not something I do often, hell hardly ever, but I did it tonight and now am going to have to pay for the calories. I made the choice and now I'll have to work it off this week. I have finally found my workout clothes so I can start running again.
