I made my pre-pregnancy weight yesterday. I haven't broken through it yet. Hopefully I can do that before my b-day next Wed because I'm going to pack some on that weekend!

Diet
90% is diet so you don't have to work out like a maniac to keep it off. Lisa and I are never hungry and she had to to shopping for new clothes. If you starve yourself you will be hungry and tired. You might need a little coffee here and there to keep you going. Lisa is not as disciplined as me when it comes to dieting but she is doing well. I have my metabolism burning so fast that I'm trying to slow down losing weight. Snacking is great, the more the better but only clean calories. I eat between 6 - 8 times a day and many times in the middle of the night. If I wake up at 3am, for whatever reason, I eat 3 - 4 almonds. The more times I can eat a day without going crazy with calories the better.

What's the weight loss answer to being exhausted, hungry all the time, no workouts, and crabby? I'm going to go back to really backing off the snacks. Maybe that will help, because the eating when I'm hungry advice from "Nayche" isn't helping.

Great job
Holding steady with no exercise or sleep is great. Better days just ahead!

Good work girl!
Keep eating and keep going. 6 more lbs and plenty of time to get there.
