good job filling out the food journal! Still need to increase your protein and I did notice you had a protein shot for an evening snack :-) nice! Protein at EVERY meal :-) to build lean muscle!

yay for green checks!!! Make sure to eat protein at EVERY meal. So for breakfast add a light cheese stick or hard boiled or scrambled egg(s).
