    Climbing back on the wagon

    I fell off the wagon a few months ago with tracking my nutrition and exersize. I'm ready to climb back on though now. My weight is up, but my fat percentage is too, so that's only a little bit of progress. The best progress I've had is in the pool. I can breath while I swim now! for the first time in my life :-DDD ( that's smiling so big, it took 3 grins to show it.)

    Opposites

    Our goals are pretty much polar opposites. My level of unhappiness can either cause me to lose weight or gain weight. When I'm happy, I mantain or gain. hmm.

    It was just pushups and situps :/

    I did my Hundred Pushups and Killer Abs workouts today. I did not accept mediocrity. I wanted to do full sets of everything as recommended. Well, that was about my limit and I was only doing the exercises as described without additional range of motion or weight. It's not that I expected more from myself, but I do kind of pride myself on going beyond the standard exercises.

    No Calories!!!

    I wore my heart rate monitor all day today thinking that I would see how many calories I burned in a day, but i forgot to leave the chronograph running, so it didn't record my calories after I was done running. I'm disappointed.
