Strongman Run - here we come!
Only two weeks left until I have to fight against 7,000 other runners at Fisherman's Friend's Strongman Run 2K9. 18km pure obstacle course will push me to the envelope. Hope to see some of you in Weeze. Until then, my girlfriend plays drill sergeant and forces me to constantly go to workouts. Thank her for that! ;-)

New workouts
Hey there! My roommate got a new girlfriend and comes up with lots of motivation for training. Therefore, I created two workouts: One for home use, one for gym. It's very important for me, to focus on the upper parts, because I have to compensate the basis of my legs for Strongman Run 2009 in Weeze. See you there!
