About Me
No longer a uni student with loads of time to spare. I work in a 9 to 5 job and find that time is so scarce. But still, I still believe that staying fit is key and that if I don't keep motivated. Then all my efforts are to nought. So... let my fitness journery be continued...|| My main form of workout is running and ever since I joined gyminee, the challenges have really helped me progress in distance and speed as I run for longer, more frequent and faster.|| There are many challenges out there, and at my current pace, I don't feel it would be right to be one of the highest there whilst others are really trying hard to get the first place. So I'll only join by invitation or if it's my own.|| Check out my graph for running to see my progress. It's such a motivator for me to see my accumulated distanced each day. || I've created a new running group for fun, a reference topic can be found (http://dailyburn.com/forums/motivation_and_support/topics/the_runners_guild) || Other than that, hope you get motivated, and see you on the tracks.

Progress Report #3
I spoke to a personal trainer and he told me that for my height, I should be aiming for 82kg of weight. And that my visceral fat should be reduced from 8 to 7 on his scale. But ultimately it's my diet that is affecting the amount I'm losing. My diet is somewhat unreliable and sometimes unhealthy so I've been balancing it out with my exercise. My runs have been getting more frequent and to 10 km. I hope to keep this up and reduce the amount I eat.

Progress Report #2
Yesterday I ran 10.8km in the 19 degree heat. Today I ran 10.4km in 22 degree heat with sweat literally dripping from my head. I'm slowly getting back to the quantities where under 5km is just not enough. I'm aiming for anything above that atm and if it's over 10km that's a bonus. My Morning Resistant training is increasing and that seems to be fair in development. My weight, doesn't really concern me that it is the same for a while as I know that I'm building muscle.

Progress Report #1
Ran 10.21 km on Saturday. The longest in months. Also have been keeping up with my resistance training which I do in the morning. I'm planning to increase the resistance every 2 weeks. I'm not entirely sure whether I'm able to do a lot of running but it seems a lot better than doing none at all. I'll keep using my iPhone app to log these in but I will check in 2 weeks time, which reminds me, although doing weights will increase my weight, it probably be a good practice to log in my weight every two weeks.

Title...
Thanks! It's funny how the volume of running just kind of sneaks up. It feels weird to go a few days without a run now. When I started I couldn't imagine running more than a 5k so I wouldn't be surprised if you end up doing the same as me some day. It's addictive!

iPhone Apps
With my 1 week old iPhone, I've been overloaded with apps. Not that it's a bad thing as I've found two apps that work well with each other for those who do more cardio distanced. --- The first is RunKeeper, giving you your finishing time, speed, pace, speed each km and even a GPS mapping of your route. --- Once that's logged, putting into the DailyBurn app is just as easy. --- Both apps are great in that they save me time having to measure our things myself and even switching on my computer.
