20 year old college student pursuing a bachelors degree in Economics and Business Administration. Team Captain of football and tennis teams in high school, I played one year of tennis in college before I gained over 50lbs after they cut the program. My goal is to get under 250lbs before graduation, which is May of 2012

Stuck >.<
I've been stuck at the 304-302 range for about 3 weeks now, even though I've been watching what I eat and have increased my amount of exercise. Hopefully this doesn't mess up my goals, but I want to be in the 290's before school starts, under 300 by the end of July, I've got less than 2 weeks to accomplish this goal, wish me luck.

Forth of July
Got to my goal to win a challenge by forth of july but added a few pounds over the weekend from picnics and such. Working hard over the next couple weeks to lose those pounds and get down to 295 by the end of July, and hopefully under 290 before school starts. I may lose more because I'm thinking about get on the P90 program before school starts.

I've got 2 months
before the end of summer and school starts back up again, I want to get down to 285 and set my end of the year goal to 270. I've been losing about 5-8lbs a month and if I can lose about 8lbs each month I should be able to meet my summer goal. Then by next summer I want to be 250. The ultimate goal is to be under 250lbs and maintain it when I graduate college!!!

A little disappointing
Total for June I lost 7lbs, although that is almost 2lbs a week I really want to hit double digits next month. I plan on stepping up my warm up cardio before lifting to 20 mins and to run 30+ mins every Tuesday, if not an additional day, hopefully I can lose 10lbs+

Waiting.
I've increased the amount of working out, but haven't really seen results yet, I need to focus on eating better, although my calories are not high, the content is not good. I've got to become more active after work, but I'm waiting on the weather to get better.
