    Needing motivation

    I was feeling so good and making progress then my husband took me on vacation and then a rough week at work. I have said in my mind that today is the day to get my motivation back. I have messed around all week and didnt put in my calories or exercise. I would try in the morning but afternoon it didnt matter. So far I am doing better but back at work and the negativity around here is rough. Come on girls keep me motivated. Lets get me turned back in the right direction.

    Vacation

    I intended on posting my food and exercise and while I was gone but I didnt do a very good job. I am struggling on getting my daily burn system back but I will. I went to the dr yesterday and for some crazy reason my blood pressure was a bit elevated. (Never had that problem before) Not worried he said it will go back down when I get back to the gym and get back to eating properly and I quit letting the crazy lady in the back of the office bush my buttons. AND HE IS TOTALLY RIGHT. I am off to a great start to the day with my oatmeal for breakfast and I beleive today is the day to get my system back on track. I HOPE ALL OF YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!

    I wanted to say thank you for agreeing to be a motivator! I think that is one of the BEST things about daily burn so far. I was looking at your nutrition and I just wanted to say good job on all the diversity and working towards getting to those goals. I know that is one of the hardest things for me so I must say that I am impressed to see your work in that direction. Keep up the good work both with nutrition and workouts!

About Me

Hello everyone. I am Connie and I am looking for motivators and friends so we can help each other with this process and make this fun. I think Daily Burn is a great investment because I love how the exercises are so you can put the actual weight you use and the actual reps and your heart rate so you can actually see the effort you put into a workout. I have tried other programs and they focus on the calorie intake but when you get to the exercise it is very vegue. It is August and by New Years Eve I hope to be comfortable in a sparkly sexy dress as I start the new year 30 lbs lighter. Please let me know if you would like to be a motivator and I will do the same for you.
