    I am back on dailyburn

    I'm going to track a few days of nutrition and I will try to track exercise on more regular basis as we are walking 2 miles in the evening now plus I aim for 2 miles in the morning too. I have cut out all non vegetable carbs and am having pureed vegetable soup (mostly green) and green drink with lemon 3x/day. I will add more protein for tomorrow. (GF starting today)

    For now I would rather put the time into working out or preparing vegetables to eat or sleeping rather than entering data into dailyburn. You are right I should not eat rice. (I just now got that email sorry) I am going to freeze 1 meal portions of spinach protein dish (Indian) to simplify meal prep.

    D3 82 (taking 5000 IU/day) TSH 2.1 B12 1100 (high) (take it occasionally) Folate also high
