Day 3
Felt like I was running on empty. Slept too late to get cardio in this morning. Got a decent weight set in but having just started a new routine split, it was tough. Seemed like I was moving less weight, and didn't get as good of a pump as usual.

Day 2
Tough morning... My legs just wouldn't cooperate. So after 15 min on the treadmill, did 20 on the stationary bike.

Starting over
Ok, so today is day 1 again... I'm on deployment now and just got settled into my new room and can get on a schedule. My goals as of now are to be able to run for 1 hour and to lose the weight... Here we go!
