WOw a pound finally! It is sooo hard, but I am forging on!!

I am so happy for all of you that are losing weight and/or inches. I have truly cut down on my eating and watch pretty much everything that goes in my mouth. This weekend I climbed the stairs to Drew's apartment numerous times and barely ate anything at all on Saturday and on Sunday I just breakfast and dinner. Guess what!!!! NOT a pound gone!! I am not giving up but I am puzzled! Any suggestions?

I got on the scale today and did NOT lose one pound. I have been faithfully watching everything I eat and walking a mile about 4 days a week and NOTHING!!

I am glad that all of you are doing great on this diet. I have been walking a mile every day and eating practically only weight watchers meals; easting around 1100 calories per day and guess what....I got on the scale today just to chekc and i have NOT LOST any more weight in 5 days. I am still the same. What else can I do? I am getting very frustrated.....HELP!!
