Finding motivation
I have to say it is alot harder training by yourself than training in a kwoon. Even though I'm the only green sash brown stripe there I still train with the ranks below me and then with those who are ranked higher than me so I'm never by myself for very long. Training at home is quite different as it comes down to me to push myself and so far I've been a little disappointed with my abaility to really push hard.

I haven't been gone just kung fu'ing
Hey all! It's been awhile since I posted. I haven't stopped training it's juts really hard to quantify kung fu on here so it fell by the wayside. I've now started training at home in order to be better prepared for my next grading and what better place than Dailyburn to keep an online training diary? Overall I've lost alot of the muscle I had put on powerlifting just take a look at my new chest size but I'm starting to see the benefits of high rep push ups and crunches etc. Hopefully I'll be more diligent in keeping tabs on my training :P
