Actually been training using this new plan for a couple of weeks now. Actual weight loss has been minimal due to lean muscle gain, however fat% has dropped to current level of 34%. Diet plan focuses on Carb cycling, lower fat intake and medium to high protein intake depenant on day. After two weeks comments from friends and generally just looking in the mirror, results are starting to show. The hardest thing is the diet as it is very restrictive and doesn't allow for cheating...I've cracked once, today, hence now writing this post.
