Record low, 2.2 lbs to goal.
Feeling great. I am in the groove with my workouts and diet. Slow-Carb Monday-Friday, with IF on Monday and Friday, dinner to dinner. Saturday and Sunday, I don't binge, but enjoy some beer, ice cream, pizza, etc. I try to ensure I eat only a "meal's worth" and don't use my old cheat day mindset of eating everything in sight. It helps that I don't have cravings, and I love the results and don't want to derail. See y'all in 2.2lbs.

Restart. Final 5 lbs.
The 1lb a week goal was great to getting me to 150. I only have 5 more lbs to my goal, so 1lb a week is proving to be a little too much for me to pull of. I started IF on Monday and Friday this week (today) but I also had a few slices of pizza and beers thrown in there, which I hadn't done in months outside of cheat day. My goal is to work out every day this next week, IF Monday and Friday, clean the rest of the weekdays with a cheat Friday night-Saturday night. I know it's not the best plan for cutting, but I'm being realistic.

146 week
146 is going to be all but impossible after an epic 7lb gain over cheat-tastic Easter weekend. I had so much fun and felt great. I've made so much progress emotionally that a big jump on the scale doesn't give me a week of guilt any more. Anyhow- I am back on track, pushing for a low on Saturday. If I can get back to 147-148, I will cheat day it Saturday. If not, I will push on through. 2nd week at my new gym, then running in the evenings, so the most exercise I have put in in a long time. Here's to working and playing hard. :)
