About Me
Black Belt, Shodan Rank Ryu Kempo National Ski Patrol (15 years) Ran Philly 1/2 Marathon past 2 years Married 9 years, 3 daughters Have struggled with weight my whole life and am trying more and more to fix that. Doing Jenny Craig with wife right now, but travel alot. So augmenting with calorie tracking here. This seems to be helping alot! Lifetime goal to run a full marathon.

Things are on track...
since I started tracking all calories. It keeps me accountable. And in just a few days the weight trend has started going the right direction. Entering things with the iPhone makes it really convenient. Goal is to hit 195 by my birthday in early May (from a recent high of 233 and an alltime high of 240 last year) Might also do the marathon that will happen right before then -- that's just a time thing.
