Hey witeowl - thanks for the encouragement. I'll probably maintain 150 for a while and then slowly work on building muscle. I think ideally, I would weigh about what I weight now, but with more muscle and less fat.

Ten pounds in one month. Wowzers! All that hard fat-torching work is clearly paying off. Keep it up! Are you planning on a bulking cycle once you hit 150?
