    anxious

recovering from concussion after a fall from my bike, past few days unable to keep anything down, finally managing something so hoping it's passed now. Hospital was not fun, doh. mostly just bruised though, nothing fractured, it's just worrying me to get back on my bike.

Back again, doing better, feeling healthier =) started attending groups, and having support atm to recover from social anxiety/self harm. Moved out, things have been rocky but it feels like i'm finally trying to get back up on my feet again.

    Motivation!

1st remember your slogan: "It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you keep on going." Plus having slight curves is beautiful! Esp if made with some muscle! Thats typically how I have been drawing my woman lately. Maybe I will start to accept my self more too... but here is my favorite plus size awesomeness: http://tekdotnu.deviantart.com/art/Cat-bite-184743932?q=&qo= Anyways I know you can do it : D!!!!! -Meow!

    Title...

I desperately need to start logging again, I've slipped a fair bit... so positive encouragement to be healthy is desperately needed/wanted. I need to think about seeing a nutritionist, or finding out for myself anyhow. back down in the low nineties after a lot of stress, and stopped exercising for fun/relief. I miss runs, but as last thursday shows... i can't just dive in and run in this weather.. couldn't shake the painful cough caused by the cold air for over a day, and that scares me. I need to find out what can reduce that.. but i will start running again. I really need to get my head screwed on properly again and start doing healthy positive things for physical and mental health. Just wish i didn't have that /thing/ back on my shoulder.. regaining recovery weight is going to be a fun roller-coaster ride I'm sure... sigh. No Gemmas head, 90's is not fine, and neither is wanting to be in the 80's again. Woman the heck up and do what you have to do... you know better..
