Your nutrition
Try replacing that morning bagel with something that has protein. Throw the tomatoes into an omelette, or on top of some cottage cheese. That one change alone might be enough. Feel free to look at my nutrition log. I don't use protein shakes or supplements and usually get enough, but it was hard in the beginning.
