Hey i'm doing ok!! Fell off track a bit all last week, but whats important is that I'm back :). Hope you're doing well yourself?? Its so hard with Christmas coming up!!

Meh, 5 lbs is not much of a difference .... Besides, it looks like you're dropping the weight off!! :D ...what is your approach to fitness/nutrition? Ie. are you applying the principles of a certain diet or doing certain exercises etc. Can i assume you are a dancer? :) I used to be really into Ballet but then gave it up for final year exams ... and now i miss it like crazy

Hey dancer87! I also have an ultimate goal weight of 110lbs :) It would be good if we can be each others motivators because we have the same goal :). I am going to weigh 110lbs or less by January 25th .. do you have a time framework?
