    Damn son you're on fire! You should think about using the food tracker - fitness, whether you're trying to lose weight or gain muscle, is about 80% nutrition, 20% exercise. And you'd be surprised what's in different food - I ate a Moro Gold and it was about half the fat limit for that day!
