Congrats on winning
your Fit Walker medal! It does feel nice to log and be active here on DB, it makes me feel good too. I'm sorry to hear you're suffering from anxiety/panic attacks. Hopefully you're finding some good ways of dealing with it. I'm dealing with anxiety/fear myself, and what helps me a lot is meditation, deep belly breathing (I start every day with it for about 15-20 minutes and fall back on it whenever I need it, you can do it anywhere, anytime), and mindfulness throughout the day. But I don't know if that's something that would help you, everybody is different. I do feel better, thanks for asking. I toughed out the first 2 weeks of lowering my Prednisone dose and made it through, so if all goes well it should be pretty smooth sailing again as my body now stabilizes. The whole thing is just very stressful. The Prednisone I've been on for years. It causes bone loss/osteoporosis, so I need to be off of it. But I've never been successful because my I keep relapsing with my neurological illness so then the Prednisone is increased again to help get me out of it again. I've been on the mend for over 5 whole months by doubling my neurological meds which has made such a big difference. It's my best run so far, so hopefully this will be the time I kick the Prednisone and I'll keep on going! :)

Thanks for the encouragement...
I found this site to be a good tool to help keep me motivated, with the challenges making it fun. It's also a chance to meet some great people. Maybe I'll get you on the next one..lol..I was only 120 miles behind you....a distant second.

Looks like
you've done your logging. And wow, you've won a lot more medals! Started on row 3, dangerous madam indeed! :D I've been ill but I dusted myself off and am back. :) No medal winning for me yet I'm afraid, just going for consistency at this point and taking it from there. But it's good to be back!

My objective . . .
I have Monday and Tuesday off, plus I'm off early tomorrow, my goal is to log my workouts starting from the first of this year. I'm way behind, but I've never stopped hitting the gym.
