you've done your logging. And wow, you've won a lot more medals! Started on row 3, dangerous madam indeed! :D I've been ill but I dusted myself off and am back. :) No medal winning for me yet I'm afraid, just going for consistency at this point and taking it from there. But it's good to be back!

My objective . . .
I have Monday and Tuesday off, plus I'm off early tomorrow, my goal is to log my workouts starting from the first of this year. I'm way behind, but I've never stopped hitting the gym.

Checking in on my major motivator
I have been working insanity shifts like you my dear and have been unable to track. I haven't lost much, I'm still down just 4 pounds, but I haven't gained too much either. I'm going to Spin tonight with a friend which is pretty exciting for me since I've had to work out independently and remain flexible around the crazy schedule. I see you were chased by a roadrunner recently, that's one for the books! That's pretty hilarious, but I hope you were okay at the time - I might have been spooked in such a moment! Glad you're back to the gym - I hope stalker boy got lost! When you say persevere, you mean p.e.r.s.e.v.e.r.e.!
