Hi Danii
thanks for inviting me to be a partner in your health journey. I am very new to this site so not sure how this all works. I am looking to get rid of some fat mostly but also to eat better in general and hopefully find some thing in that respect that I can live with in long term. my mini goals for this week are to stick to the meal plan for the full 7 days ( with one cheat meal allowed); to get to bed by 930 most nights ( 5/7 at least) and to walk my dogs twice ( that is more for them than me) Please let me know how I can help You seem very motivated looking at the challenges you have joined - go for it. I will have to check out whats on offer and get myself involved in one ( or more ) of those best Bron

wow congratulations! You must be so excited for the wedding! Have you tried checking out the Fit Girl podcast? She posts free weekly podcasts on fitness, health etc for women and she hosts a an women's forum at allinoneworkout.com. If you post a question on there she will answer it asap and sometimes even do a show on it. Another great website is bodyrock.tv which has free workout videos which are really motivating! They are easy moves but done in a full on fat burning way using mostly your own body weight! And alot of them only go for 15 minutes and you only need a small area to really get a sweat up! Its a fantastic site and the Zuzanna the trainer is gorgeous and seems really lovely and also answers all the questions she can. Hope this helps! x
