    Wow

    Doing nothing special except working out once a day in the morning for 20-30 minutes and watching the calories in Gyminee and I'm going down a pound a day. At this rate, I'll be over 100 pounds below zero in a year! Does that mean I'll have an outie?

    P.S. I said "pain in my chest" previously but more accurately I meant "pain in my pec muscles". Reading that back I wonder if I'd cause concern lol.

    Good Pain

    Well a day after the Five Basics virgin voyage, I tried to do it again but discovered I had serious (but good) pain in my chest from the pushups and that my legs hurt during the first set, so I stopped. Remembering that I should probably let muscles rest, I switched to ab crunches for today. Works out well since I have a 7am meeting, went to bed at 2am, and woke up at 6:15am. Ugh.
