P90X: Day Ten
Shoulder & Arms with Ab Ripper X... I was able to go to the gym and workout with dumb bells this time. On some things I didn't do as well, but on other's I did better. The resistance bands that I normally use are inconsistance depending on what you are doing. With the dumb bells the weight and resistance is constant. Since I did that at lunch I couldn't do AB Ripper X until I got home after football. It was hard but there is improvement. I still need a lot of core work. Tomorrow is Yoga X.

P90X: Day Nine
Plyometrics... This was the first time I've been able to keep up with them for the most part. I did get interrupted by a phone call during the workout, but I did my best to hang with them. After my workout I talked with a friend of mine and he invited me to the Gym at his work to use the dumb bells for my shoulders & arms workout! That will be quite a change from the resistance bands. Well wish me lucky!

P90X: Day Eight
Chest & Back with Ab Ripper X... I'm seeing improvement with my reps and weigh across the board from last week when I did this. Ab Ripper X is still giving me fits with some of the moves but I'm not having to take as many breaks. In the Chest & Back workouts I only took breaks when they did and I was able to keep up with them! I really wish I had a set of dumb bells. The resistance bands are great but they just don't have the same feel as the weights. Anyway, tomorrow is Plyometrics!

P90X: Day Seven
Kempo X... It was definately the carbs! I ate a good breakfast and kicked it into high gear for Kempo X. I was sweating like a mad man but my gas tank never ran dry. So now I have a plan on my workout days about how to go about my nutrition. Carbs early with protein through out the day. Tomorrow back to the beginning with Chest & Back with Ab Ripper X.

P90X: Day Six
I had a social function and that lasted from 11am to 11pm so I took this as my rest day. Tomorrow I'll do Kempo X.
