Sick March 28 -March 31st
Fever and stomach virus. No exercise and very little food eaten, so I didn't log anything. Lost almost five pounds, anxious to get back to exercising and eating right. I am enjoying the progress I have made and feel much better for it.

Day three
I really feel like I am finding my momentum. Three solid days of eating right and cycling . Amazing how my energy has rebounded. So much easier to work my willpower when I have worked out hard.

Did a lot of cycling on my vacation, but just finally entered my miles....stayed so busy during my trip that I didn't spend much time on my laptop, which is a good thing...
