Back on track
This has been a hard week. I've eaten junk stuff each day and feel bad and up on my weight. Working hard today to stay in control.

Weight Gain
I have had to much junk food due to holidays. I have to stop and think about what I am putting into my mouth. I will continue to move forward.

Birthday Cake
I had birthday cake and ice cream today. I ate a small amount. Otherwise continue to do well eating primal.

Primal Blueprint
I have been about 90% primal this week and doing very well. My feet don't hurt this week. The ankle edema is gone and my head fog is gone once again.
