    Ketogenic diet

    Ketosis is burning fat for main fuel, so carbs at about 5o grams a day and protein about 7o grams a day and healthy fats make 75% of calories a day. Very little hunger if I keep protein low enough not to be converted to carbs as an alternative fuel. David
