Is amazing when you look
At foods what you think was a lot of calories turns out not to be the case and things that I was eating with impunity are filling me with empty calories. A few adjustments and I eat the same amount of food, just different and a whole lot fewer calories

Carbs are hard
I find the calorie limit as obtainable but it is really hard to stay under the carb threshhold. I guess i just love Pasta and Bread too much!
