After traveling for the last 2 weeks, I'm back in San Francisco. Let's hope my downward slope can continue for a while.

I went to the gym today
But I don't feel any lighter. I know it takes time. I need to stop eating like crap at night. I consume probably 70% of my daily calories after 7pm, easily.
