Running

Off the grid
After the snow shoveling, I ended up with major back spasms that kept me running (well, not really running) twixt chiropractor and masseuse. Ouch!

Ran 3 in Phoenix!
It's nice to be out of the snow (when it comes to running). I spent close to an hour yesterday moving over a ton of snow, looking for our water turn off in Pinetop (thought I knew where it was...). There isn't a Gyminee category for snow shoveling, is there?
