Added :D. but I think I'm not sleeping enough to have my muscles build up, so I think I'll limit myself to 3 times a week. I should probably space it out better though. I've also tried to start Wing Chun. Really wish I had a dummy though or someone to spar with. Pretty cool stuff

starting over
Alright, since I've been kinda not exercising for the past month, I've decided to start over and add in the abs workout too. I think I'll make more of an effort to do 'real' pushups too. wheeee.

my arms~
Oh man, you know this 100 pushup thing. I don't think my arms are resting enough, because even after resting a day between workouts, my arms don't feel fully recovered to do the next set. I'm barely making the routines now. yarg~
