I actually did 5 miles on the treadmill this morning before work. I had to get up at 5 but I'm glad I did. It's freezing outside. The wind is terrible. I also gained another 1.5 lbs. Hope I have better luck over the weekend.

I was bad last night. I had spaghetti and meatballs and 3 liime a rita's. That sums it up. I gained a pound. It's freezing cold today and very windy. I did manage to walk 4 miles throughout the day. I'll try to behave tonight. Plan to have chicken and veg for dinner and that's it. I also want to make my tomato soup

Well I didn't do too bad since yesterday but I did have a slice of pizza and ranch dressing on a salad last night which I know is a big NO NO. I also drank 3 lime a rita's which is an additional 660 calories. I have to give up on the lime a rita's. They have way to much sugar and calories. The weather today is supposed to be in the 50's. Highly unusual for January but I'll take it. I'm looking forward to walking on Feeder Canal on my lunch break. It's supposed to get cold and windy tomorrow. Well let's hope today is a better day and I don't consume as many calories.

I know it's been awhile since I've signed on. I thought I was ready to go solo but obviously not. I have been getting into my old eating habits as you can see. I have gained approximately 8 lbs from my lowest weight back in November. It's time to get back on track and start to get healthy again. It's been a long winter. I have been sick with the cold atleast 4 times this winter which is extremely rare for me. I hardly ever get sick. There's alot of people getting sick this year with the cold and flu. I truly cannot wait until spring when I can ride my bike to work and start walking outside again. I still try to walk atleast 5 miles a day though. I moved the exercise room into Ricky's old room downstairs. It's much cozier and and stays a heck of alot warmer. It's supposed to be in the 30's today and get up to 50 tomorrow. I can't wait. Well, I'm going to sign off for now and I'm definitely plan to sign on every day to record my activiities. I'm back>>> BTW. I'm a real estate agent now. Signed on with Coldwell Bankers on 1/24/13. YEAH....

Well it's been awile since I've written. I seem to be maintaining my weight more than anything now. I must admit though that I've been a little careless lately. I'm definitely eating foods I should not be eating and taking a few days off from exercising didn't help matters. I'm very fortunate I'm still in the 130's. I need to get back on track and lose the last 15 lbs needed to reach my goal.
