Switched to barbel for shoulder press

Switched to real smith machine
on Bench press last Thur. Was using nautilus, ran out of weight on it.

Dropped to twice
a week for strength training. Hopefully this will get me past the plateau with lat pulldown, shoulders, and leg press. Bench has been progressing fine.

Blah
was not feeling the workout today, felt drained. Going to keep on the 3 times next week, if I still feel drained think it will be time to drop to twice a week.
