pills and exercise
started taking hydroxycut yesterday, hopefully it will help burn the calories a little more. i'm getting a good workout with my karate class - but i feel like i could lose more. since the 23rd of Jan, i have lost 4 inches in my natural waist line and 3 inches in my hips. i'm noticing my thighs and my calves are getting smaller too, that's a good thing. i'm not too sure if i can lose the inches that i need to to pass my military physical test. : ( i'm just going to have to work twice as hard.
