    Hump Day Sucked

    Two good coaching sessions and an o.k. office day but have felt crampy and bloated today (not time for my cycle though). No workout and had CB get Chinese for dinner. Think this may be lack of sleep -- restless night not helped by CBs snoring. Gee, am I whiny enough? Buck up Dale, tomorrow is a new day. Oh, by the way. . . It's snowing here. On a good note, love my Sis, love my dad, love my hubby, love my dogs. G'nite.

    Finally got the Tanita scale . . .

    Weighed in at 127.6. Feel fine with the number. Really focusing on improving my cardio fitness and muscle strength. Bhutan is only 6 months away!!!! OMG!!!
