I know how you feel
I was doing the same thing - kept wanting to get started even had an entire week of vacation time planned out with healthy eating and exercise. Did I do any of it? Yeah NO! Lol - I was Queen Slacker for a week. But for whatever reason I think I finally got motivated. I can't put my finger on it but something clicked. Don't beat yourself up for not following through. It happens to everyone. Just do your best Scarlett O'Hara impression and remember tomorrow is a new day. One morning your going to wake up and something will have clicked and you will be off and running! ;-)

Today
Well my plan today was to work around the house, and set up a schedule for exercising and diet to try and work around my horrible work schedule to really get back to my normal weight and self. But instead i spent the entire day on the couch watching movies, feeling miserable. I really want this but just keep failing in execution, at least I have monday off, so i get a second chance to get the stuff done!

Exercise
I've just started working on my core as part of my rehab with my DVTs. I've gotten so weak that I could only get through 6 minutes of a 10 minute core routine. What's your plan to get back into exercise? B
