Training
At my gym I get one free training session with a Personal Trainer per month, which I attended yesterday. Lance is a cool dude with a great plan for me, and took an approach where he will challenge me for improvement to shrink my fat cells through hard but not extreme workouts as opposed to kicking my ass, making me sick and hate the workouts. We did a lot of calisthenics for core work like planks, bicycle kicks and transferring aerobic stacks for obliques. We also did work to strengthen the durability of my ankles, with which I have a history of ligament tears. After that we did standing rope climbers and tricep pushdowns to work the triceps, some chest rows, and hit the weight machines for negative leg curls, leg extensions and calf raises. He gave me a good regimen of weight training to do three times per week and we are meeting next Wednesday to evaluate my progress. By the time I was done my workout I was so tired and wanted to lay down and pass out, but I chalk that up to not eating enough in the day before my workout and needing the nutrients. After a shower and about an hour I felt a lot better.

Pretty Good
Arms have been a little sore the last two days but my legs are fine. Woke up feeling nauseous yesterday morning but today I feel great but I haven't eaten anything yet. Took a day off from exercise due to soreness yesterday but today's agenda is to hit the gym and continue my progress. Just take it one day at a time, battle after battle. One day along the journey I'll wake up and this prison I locked myself in will be gone and I'll be free. I think I'll be much happier with myself then, but unlike before I won't use it as an excuse to stop only to get myself locked in again. I'll just keep on going. I feel much better having a support network of friends to help me do this and support each other. It's a lot more fun this way.

Got my ass kicked today going out to run for the first time in I don't know how long, over a year at least. Reduced to walking about 1/3 of the way in because my legs hurt so bad.

You can do it too!
Just do a little bit more than the day before ... and when you fall off the path, just get back on. Success rewards consistency!
