Im Back
I am currently doing the Flat Belly Diet. So far it is going really well. I like the foods I am eating and I dont get too hungry between meals. I have 22 days left of my dieat and am really excited to see my progress at the end.

Back To It...
Ugh, staying motivated is so hard. I get going good for a while then I completely lose track and here I am having to work even harder to lose what I gained back and get more off!! I am going to do my best to stick with it this time and really try to get down to my goal weight!

hey there, im 28 , married ,no kids ....yeah just started trying to shed sme pounds that i gained in the past few years...:( aiming for 120 (good if i can go lower...but in time....) but at least 120lb by june end.... im small framed 5'3 so my current 146 makes me look chubby....starting weights soon....getting around 700 cal deficit currently...
