Arms
Last night I lifted arms....nothing crazy, but apparently enough for my arms to feel exhausted today. I can't even hold them up. Yay! My abs are starting to look a little more toned. Let's hope my butt and arms do the same. Bathingsuit season is coming up! If I really get in shape, I would like to start doing some 5k races every now an then. We'll see about that though.

Weekly Goal
So my goal this week is to get in 5 solid workout days. 2 Hard days (fartlek & hill sprints). I've already done the hill sprints, so i have a fartlek due on Thursday. I would like to get in a long run, but I hate running more than 40 mins on my own b/c I get bored, so.......we'll see. My abs are finally starting to look a little toned. Good motivation to keept up the hard work!
