I'm back!
For good this time! I started taking Tae kwon do last week, it has felt so good to get moving again, reminded me of why I used to workout 6 days a week, it just plain made me feel GREAT! I see that you are doing great, lets do this!

Embarrassing confession ... I still haven't done the weights. I have been trapped in this disgusting cycle where I think because I am starting "tomorrow" I can eat like crap "today" and then when tomorrow comes my habits are so bad that I fail and write off the whole day. Today I change that, I promise that no matter what I do today, I will do weights, and no matter if I do screwup with my eating, there is no "writing off" the day. I also promise to check in here every day to keep me accountable until I have developed good habits!
