    Marathon DAY!!!!

    I run my 10K today at 10:00 am... I made it in 59min, 39 seg!!! I enjoyed it so much... Coming back next year!!!!

    Thanks for the add. I think we have similar goals (running 10km in under 1hr). I'm currently running 5km 3 times a week but have just injured my leg so I can't run for a while. How is your training going?
