Strength for Life
Finished transformation training camp today (12 weeks). Down almost 45 lbs from start. This program reminds me of the body for life program, except HIIT sessions are reduced to 2 per week instead of BFL's 3, and you train arms 3 days per week (as opposed to alternating 1 or 2 on BFL). Overall, this plan allowed me to keep building strength while losing fat, while BFL I found it difficult to build strength (but the weight came off just as fast). This program also accounts for your plans "post-SFL", i.e., what you will do for the year following, and then the rest of your life after finishing a transformation. I found this to be a very useful aspect of the book. I would recommend giving this program a try.
