About Me
Apparently I'm supposed to be a adult but I'm pretty sure I'm just a kid playing in a big world. My drivers license still says I weigh 150lbs.

315 lbs
I don't know why, but getting 315 on squat has been a milestone for a while. Finally hit it today!

The Four-Hour Body
I'm trying out the fat loss diet and I am quite impressed.

ouch
well... the good news is that I seem to be about 10 lbs lighter ... bad news: I accomplished this with a compound open tibia-fibula break in my right leg. snowboarding. I've got an IM rod and I've been laid up for about 12 days since surgery .. back to work Monday. However, it will probably be a few more weeks before I'm back in the gym to work upper body and *slowly* attempt to bring in some lower body stuff as the bone heals.
