    What did I eat?

    So at dinner I picked out this bean and cheese thing (it was mexican?) expecting it to be maybe like 500 cals--I ate it & then came back to the buffet part (school cafeteria buffet) to look around and find something healthy to munch on---and then I saw it. The calorie count of the bean and cheese thing I ate----1070. I was floored & frankly, a bit upset that I hadn't checked before consuming it (too busy checking out the cute guy that serves the vegetarian food....) Ughghghghghghg, tomorrow is another day. :\

    Giggles for ages....

    Today I didn't watch what I ate at all. Somehow, I managed to be nearly spot on for all my daily requirements without even trying. Like, I'm always super over carb and under protien--yet somehow I managed to be super balanced today (well ok, I went a little over on carbs). But d*mn, I am amused. :3

    BS*it Workout...

    Got to the gym late (thanks to a meeting I was required to attend for school) & it was terribly crowded. The only machine open was the recumbent bike. Man, I trekked through my icy campus to work out on the recumbent bike, you don't burn any calories on that thing! :\ Did about 30 mins while waiting for another machine to open up (nothing did) & ended up getting frustrated and leaving. Note to self: Go to the gym EARLY!

    The Lost Weekend

    Feb. 4-6 aka The weekend of my 21st birthday, aka The Lost Weekend. I did eat horrifically, but it's Monday now so back to the treadmills and tracking! An odd note: I started eating bad on Friday and started feeling kinda ill on Saturday. I guess my body had already adjusted to not eating so much junk!
