GNR training starts here!
Today sees day one of the rest of my life. I am back in training with Vanessa and this time it gets serious! The main goal for this season is the GNR in September but I am also running a local HM in July and possibly a full marathon in December, but only if I don't get a place in VLM 2011. So I am up early for a good carb and protein loaded breakfast before I head out for an hours run. GNR ...here I come! :-)
