Dita's Journal
The Race is back on!
So I took of a few weeks from dieting and excercise and I'm now ready to hit it hard core again. I'm pretty sad that I gained 6 lbs during that time, but I know that I will be more motivated now, which will result in a bigger weight loss.

Still Trudgin' Along...
During the past week or so, I have been feeling like I haven't don't my best at watching what I eat... Although when I look at my food record, there is nothing blatantly terrible. I'm just worried because I know how I am, and if I'm not 100% cautious all the time, I know I will lose interest in dieting....

Cheat Day
Totally not a big deal. You have to "reward" yourself occasionally. Just stay on track the majority of the time, and you'll make it. Nice job so far, btw - 15lbs in your first month. That's awesome and motivating!

Cheat Day!
Ok, so I ate wayyyy too many calories and carbs for the day. I totally blew my nutrition goals (except for protein). :) But I believe that everyone who is, or ever has been on a diet can relate to the need for a cheat day. I definitely don't plan on making a habit out of it.... so no biggy, right!?

Way to Go!
Great job on the 5 lb lose. Keep up the good work! Remember that if you are tired just push yourself to just do a little each day. (that is what I always have to do to get though it)
