2 Days of Chi-Running Training
I'm running now at 3pm in the local park. It's about 33 degrees at this time with limited shade and a high humidity but I'm feeling good at the end of each run. I'm solely concentrating on technique now so am keeping to an easy pace.

Calories and Carbs
Although The Slow-Carb diet ignores calories I've not lost any weight in the last 2 weeks so am staying conscious of that. I'm now making sure my daily calorie consumption is low enough to facilitate weight loss. Although I'm not going to be too worried about it I'm also trying to ensure my carb intake is lower than before. So far so good. I'm 1kg down already :)
