    22 lbs lost in 6 months

    Which would be GREAT - except I wasn't trying to lose any weight. My metabolism dropped, my recovery ability vanished, And of course, all my strength gains are gone too. Waah, Waah, Waaaaaaaaaaaaah! Ok, whoever said having a good cry about it helps, is full of caca de vaca.
