300lb Bench Goal reached - time to change it up
After spending the last 10 weeks working up from ~260 to a 300lb bench (today), I'm going to de-load for at least the next 2 weeks. Not sure which direction I'll go... definitely more cardio, but not sure what to do about the weights yet.

Mejor que nada
In a rush today... quick w/o 80% of weight, 60% rest between. Still worked out ok. Hoping to be firing on all 8 on Monday.
